ahs logoAction Housing & Support is a charity and a support provider working with various marginalised and vulnerable groups across Yorkshire and the Midlands. It provides housing support services, training and mentoring to adults who have experience of the Criminal Justice System and who need help getting back on track.

The charity has recently been working with the South Yorkshire Police Training Academy which has delivered a mentor training package to help train service users to be volunteer mentors at Action Housing.  Before becoming volunteers the service user mentors also attended some in house training around health & safety, adult & child protection, communication skills etc.
