Working closely with the Head of Operations and Senior Leadership Team, the Senior HR Advisor will be responsible for managing and delivering the provision of high-quality Human Resources support to the charity, acting as the custodian of people systems, people process, and people policy.

Supporting the organisation and its people through the next phase of transformational change and beyond, the Senior HR Advisor will provide guidance across the full employee lifecycle, lead on and deliver HR projects, and identify opportunities for people focused solutions aligned to the organisations Vision, Mission and Values.
