The Sleep Practitioner will support families, children and young people and ensure excellence in the delivery
of our evidence-based sleep services. This role includes providing a range of support such as sleep clinics for
families of children with complex sleep issues, provision of workshops and drop-in information sessions.
You will work within a small, supportive team and sharing information effectively with stakeholders, outside
agencies, the Head of Sleep Support and the Senior Management Team.
The role is remote working but we require the right candidate to live around South or West Yorkshire to be able to deliver workshops and drop in sessions in the community.
